Markson said Fevola had behaved ‘‘like a bully’’ and in taking action Bingle was striking a blow for women’s rights.

‘‘What she’s doing is very brave. She’s stood up for herself and she’s standing up for women’s rights.

‘‘Fevola is touted as a football hero. He’s looked up to by young kids but he sends a dangerous message to our kids that this is acceptable, but it’s not acceptable.’’

Ah yes our Lara, the latter day Joan of Arc, Mother Theresa, Emily Pankhurst and Betty Friedan all rolled into one is standing up for women's rights. She was standing up for the rights of one particular woman during her affair with Brendan - the conjugal rights of Mrs Brendan and of course Mr Max "celebrity agent" Markson, Lara herself was not sending a dangerous message to our kids that this was acceptable.

And breaking news, Max and Lara are leaving no stone unturned in their noble campaign to further the rights of women – and Lara’s bottom line.

It has emerged that Bingle may collect about $200,000 to tell her side of the story about the nude photo taken by Fevola during their 2006 affair.

Insiders said Woman’s Day had outbid New Idea.

Mr Markson was coy when asked about a magazine deal.

“Nothing’s signed, sealed and delivered. I’m always in negotiations on behalf of my fearless crusaders clients,” he said.

You get the picture.

Had the picture for a fleeting moment - before I poked forks into my eyes.
